‘Well - I’ve done some more unpacking and I’ve just met some of our new neighbours!’

‘Well - there’s this one woman - very nice, seems very independent.’
‘That’s nice.’
‘Yes - she lives not far from us.’
‘Oh I see!’
‘Nice woman - I think we’ll be seeing a lot of her.’
