"Do we know who he could be working for?"

"No, he's been flying below the radar; he wasn't on a watch list. So, until we do a complete work up we have no clue who he has been in contact with."

He turned to Amy. "Work on that. I spoke to the Senator; he has received a few anonymous calls, telling him it'd be in his best interests to vote against the Bill. He didn't take it seriously until now. I'm keeping covert surveillance on his house and have tapped his phones," James said.

He turned to Keith. "Keith what's the best plan of action?"

"Well since we don't know who is behind this our best bet is take them down and then have them take us to whoever is behind the plot as you said earlier. We'll have two of our agents ride in the limo with a possible Senator look alike. They will go to the designated location and be ready for an attack. We'll set up a perimeter with another team of agents and SWAT. When they are given the signal they'll close in and help the agents take down the men who were to my guess going to kidnap the Senator. We don't expect too much trouble; there should three to four men who could have easily taken out the Senator's bodyguard. Landow who we suspect will be leading the operation will be our main target. Force will be needed but the agents will be instructed to take him alive. He can lead us to whoever is behind this."

"Good plan. Did you work up the area?"

"Yes, it's an urban area, just ten minutes from the Senator's estate. Michael was instructed to drive to an abandoned area on a dead end street. There are a few rundown buildings and an open field."

"All right, so at seven am tomorrow we'll set this plan in motion. Give Michael an ultimatum: maximum prison sentence of fifteen years or three years if he drives the limo, and cooperates fully."

"I'll do it now." Keith started to get up.

James looked at first me then Keith. "I'd hate to do this to you, Keith and Amanda, but you two are my best agents. I need you in that limo tomorrow morning."

Keith looked at me sadly, but I nodded. I knew we'd be asked to do this. This was important, we had a duty to protect our country and innocent civilians like the Senator. I just hoped the takedown would be quick so that we could still attempt to have our wedding.
