Eric persuaded her to go back to school to become the veternarian she dreamed of becoming ever since she was a little girl. She signed up for classes started in January. The family enjoyed going to the park to have picnics and fish some. They always reserved one of the shelter houses. Jim and Mary had bought a bus to have room for every family member. The bus they bought was a commerical bus that had a bathroom in it The baby had a special place in the bus to take a nap to be out of the sun and insects. In the cargo compartment they stored their grill and other camping gear plus change of clothing for everyone. Some trips the cargo compartment was almost empty then longer trips it was completely full.
The last trip was to their state fair. Mary Showers had an oven that hook into the bus electrical outlet. She baked her famous apple and peach, and cherry pies for their baked goods contest. She placed first for her apple pie and second place for her peach pie , and third place for her cherry pie. She was awarded all of the two hundred dollar prize.
They were leaving the campground when they saw the local, county, and state police pull into the back part of the fairgound. They all assumed some goers probably got drunk and a fight broke out. When they got home they heard it was a death investigation. Samatha informed them that she had seen a strange looking animal sniffing afound the back of the pool house. It looked like a dog but it was weird looking like maybe it was sick.
