William began setting into motion his plans for his next victim.

Donna worked in an office with six other ladies... Other ladies in the office where she worked were always talking about someone they met in a chat room.

Like Stardust, Donna wasn't familiar with chat rooms and judging from the conversation the other ladies had she might enjoy it.

"What is a chat room? Is it a bar or something?" She asked her friend Betty one day.

Betty explained it was a place where people met online to talk and just have fun.

"It's ok to flirt as long as you are careful and know who you are flirting with. Be careful of people you whisper with, especially men you don't know" Betty cautioned her.

Loneliness can be a killer also and Donna decided to buy a computer. Why should she miss out on all the fun the other ladies talked about having everyday, she thought to herself?

She started visiting rooms with other chatters around her own age. This was just what Donna had been searching for. For the first time in a long time Donna felt she was beginning to put the broken pieces of her life back together. She made some close friends and was surprised to learn a few of the ladies had gone through similar ordeals in their marriage in much the same way as she.

Donna was surprised at all of the attention she was suddenly getting. It had been so long since she had met any new friends.

Donna was a prime target. William told Donna about his dreams of meeting someone just like her. Much like Stardust, Donna was a trusting soul who started opening her heart to a stranger with a smooth gift of gab. He wasted no time in pulling up as much information on the Internet as he could about the area Donna lived in. He learned where the schools, parks, major attractions, theaters, restaurants and churches were located. One could easily get the feeling he was born and raised there by the way he talked. It wasn't long before Donna and William were more than just friendly chatters. She shared her inner most secrets with him and he had all the right answers to all of the questions she asked.

It had not been easy for Donna these past few years. It almost broke her heart when she filed for a divorce four years ago. She was married for two7 years to a man who was very abusive to her. Donna was not one to take her wedding vows lightly. She tried to make her marriage work.
