In no time the FBI recieved a tip that they were at a cabin in the middle of a state park. The were multiple law enforcement agencies that surround the cabin. They didn't ffind him there but there was a gun battle that took place there between that gang and the law enforcement officers. About twenty gang members was killed in the gun battle. There was no law enforcement officers shot during the gun battle.
A motel desk clerk called in a tip that the gang member they were looking for was staying in room nine there. When the law enforcement officers arrived at the motel they notice his motorcycle was parked in front of room nine.When he came out for some ice he was surrounded by law enforcement officers. At first he thought he could shoot his way out but the brother of judge Wilson shot him in the leg with a Remington M24 sniper rifle. At his trail his lawyer tried to use the excuse of irrecocilable difference as his defense. The jury didn't believe it and found him guilty just barely a hothe trail ended. He was sent to a federal penn just over the state line waiting for all of his appeals to be excoriated.
Seven years later he was put to death by the humane way instead of being shot down like an animal being hunted during hunting season.
