“You cannot be 20. We only receive our gifts at age 21.”

“I received mine last year.”

“Would you mind if I tested your strength a little? Would you like to have a sparring match with me? In the testing room, of course, it’s just that as you should have known by now, our strength grows with our age, and you shouldn’t be able to be so powerful, the room should hinder your abilities making it harder for you to use them. Yet you seem to have no difficulty. I won’t put the gravity on so that I can see your true strength.”

“Umm…. Ok sure.”

As we walk into the testing room together, every one of my classmates stands in awe, I suspect that none of them has actually witnessed Mr. Weber go into battle with a student before. I realize I don’t even know what his ability is. Fortunately he is in a comfortable track suite today as opposed to his normal formal wear.

“Listen I don’t want you holding back Malaya, give it your all and I will as well.”

“Ok” I sound too nervous for my own good, when I go into battle mode all nerves fade away, as my body prepares itself for what it imagines to be an onslaught of attacks, I focus, as I really concentrate I realize I can even hear the conversations outside, something that I shouldn’t be able to do through the sound proof walls, Mr. Weber runs at the fastest speed he can muster but to me it is almost as if he is moving in slow motion, I catch his fist as if though it’s nothing, with a single kick he goes flying across the room. As he lands on the floor, bits of the wall fall with him, I look over to see a large crack on the wall has just appeared.
