We can control certain elements for example I myself can control fire. I’m unable to start it as I’m not in 100 percent control of my ability just yet. You see as we grow, so do our abilities, it gets strengthened with our age; I will on day be able to create it. Right now all I do is heat up our dinner and create is a little smoke but I am getting better.”
He concentrates really hard and suddenly the smell of smoke assaults my nostrils, yeah sometimes super smell is a bit of a bitch.
Then he laughs, “That’s as far as I can go”.
Pulling out a lighter he flicks it then draws the flame into his hands. The flame starts to grow. He turns it into a ball and begins playfully throwing it from one hand to the next. He looks so comfortable right now.
Then he points to Kayla, “Kayla has the ability to freeze, she is our little ice queen” she pulls out a flask of water and puts some of the water into her mouth, she touches the flask and turns it over to show me that the water is solidified. She gives me the flask, and it is indeed ice.
She then winks at Kale who in turn takes the flask and heats it up a little so that the ice once again returns to being water. He turns to his Mother, Mom is a healer, Titus, he points to his eldest brother, can manipulate water. Titus offers me a wink as he draws the water out of the flask using only his hands then he makes the water look as if though its falling on me only to stop it an inch above my head before returning it back to the flask. Not a drop spilled.
