She looked up at Colby with tears in her eyes. Everything started to make sense. Gray Cloud's words now had special meaning. The dreams and feelings seemed more real, more alive. Now she had the ability to reveal her inner thoughts to this man.
"I followed my heart, which led to freedom," she said. "I never believed I could have more than one thing in my life. I was willing to forego love to become a vet. You stormed into my life, but never did you frighten me. Through you, I discovered dreams and goals do exist with life and love. You were right when you said this place holds magic. Thank you for helping me to recognize it." Megan laid her head on his shoulder.
As they danced in the sunlight with music in their hearts, a light breeze blew over them and they laughed. Megan whispered, "Where else on this earth can you dance with the wind?"
