Lynn couldn't help but to laugh making Sandra laugh a little.
"Now have some more wine and relax." Lynn said getting up to pour some more wine.
"I can't relax. I sent him away without letting him explain. He said he tried calling me but says I didn't answer. Told him to leave me alone and he said he will and that I will never see him again." Sandra said with tears in her eyes trying not to let her see.
"He will come around. Did you not answer on purpose?"
"I didn't get a phone call from him." She said digging for her phone. "As a matter of fact I didn't get any."
Sandra looked at her phone only to find that it was dead. "My battery is dead. Make no wonder I didn't get his phone call."
"Maybe he left a voice message." Lynn hoped.
"I don't know. I have to charge my phone first before I can even check. I will do it before I go to bed. The charger is on my night stand."
"Listen Sandra. Regardless him leaving a message or not. He did come here tonight obviously to check on you to see if you are ok. That has to say something."
