"Ahhhh, now I get it. You saw him with another woman and thought right away that he is over you and moved on because you never told him you loved him."
"No." She lied.
"Now come on Sandra, any woman would think the same." She sneared at Sandra trying to get the truth.
"Ok, it's true. I did think that. For the life of me though the woman looked so familiar to me. I am still trying to figure out where I saw her." Sandra said lowering her eye brows as though she was trying to get a better picture of this girl and remember where she had seen her.
"Sandra. It could be all innocent. She could be the kids mother. She could be his sister. Who knows. Stop thinking too much into this and forget that you saw him with her. Give him a chance to explain." Lynn said trying to give her something positive to think about.
"I thought of that too but in my heart I don't know what to believe anymore. He came here tonight just before you did to check up on me but I sent him away. I didn't give him a chance to explain. I thought you were him when you came knocking as I thought he was you when he came knocking."
