The people watching were shocked and speechless.

Li Bai stabbed his sword into the mantis shrimp’s charred shell. As expected, after being scorched by the Mystical Fire and the golden lighting, the shell of was not as strong as it used to be. Thus, the sword easily penetrated it.

The Thunder Illusion Body turned his sword and pried up a large piece of the shell. Lightning bolts flocked in through the opening.
“Ah!” The mantis shrimp let out a miserable scream.
He wanted to explode himself to die together with his opponent; however, knowing his opponent was immortal, he had lost the courage to do so.
The Thunder Illusion Body continued to pry off the shrimp shell. Finally, the Sea Tribe member was killed by the lightning. All of his flesh was burnt and gave off a dense aroma of meat. Thunder Illusion Body then tossed the charred body down from the sky. The body smashed down and cracked the ground.
“It’s my turn to attack!” Buttface yelled.
Buttface dashed forward and started to bite the dead, well-cooked mantis shrimp to demonstrate his ferocious nature as a wolf. Everyone looked at him disdainfully.
Xu Que just ignored Buttface. How could someone find this burnt seafood delicious? Only a lazy dog like Buttface would want to eat it.
Xu Que then waved his hand, causing the pool of lightning to dissipate. As the pool of lightning disappeared, the lower body of the other Sea Tribe Member dropped from the sky. After all, when the first mantis shrimp exploded, he had only exploded his upper body.
Xu Que lifted up one of the shrimp shells with his sword and found that the meat inside was not burnt and was still very fresh. These shrimp shells provided powerful defense, seeing as this meat was preserved despite being attacked by extreme fire and electric attacks.
“Bring the fresh shrimp meat back to the Imperial Palace and freeze it with ice,” Xu Que shouted. “Tonight we will have a seafood feast. Sushi and sashimi. Steamed shrimp and sizzling shrimp. All types of shrimp meat will be served!”
“Yes, sir!” said some Imperial Guards.
The Imperial Guards who had escorted Madam Ya to the area proceeded to obey the monkey’s order. The relationship between Madam Ya and Lord Li Bai of the Exploding Heavens Faction was well-known amongst the people of the Imperial City, though no one ever spoke about it.
By the same logic, everyone knew that any order given by a member of the Exploding Heavens Faction was equivalent to receiving an order from Madam Ya. Thus, no one dared disobey the orders of this monkey.
Now that the fight was over, the Thunder Illusion Body and Madam Ya got on a carriage and returned to the Imperial Palace.
As the carriage began to leave, Xu Que became deep in thought. Su Ling’er noticed Xu Que’s expression and walked over to him.
“Don’t worry, Sun Wu Kong,” she said softly. “The Sea Tribe is very powerful. However, I know that the Five Nations will be protected as long as you and the rest of the Exploding Heavens Faction can fight against them.”
“I am not worrying about the Sea Tribe,” Xu Que said, shaking his head. “I am thinking about what else I can cook with the meat of the mantis shrimp!”
“Ah?” Su Ling’er was stunned. She didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
Why does this guy always think about food?
“Oh, I got it!” Xu Que said, his eyes brightening. “No wonder I felt that something was missing.”
He looked around and saw a meat shop which had been temporarily closed because of the combat. He ran over and knocked at the door.
“Open the door, please! We promise not to steal anything… I want to buy some beef and pork!”
Su Ling’er and Su Xiao Qi walked over to Xu Que with puzzled expressions.
“Why do you want to buy beef and pork?”
Xu Que raised the corner of his mouth in a smile.
“Have you heard of the Juicy Beef Ball or the Barbequed Pork Rice With Deep Sorrow cooked by Stephen Chow of the Exploding Heavens Faction?
