Howard Skinner had some humorous comments to utter about doctors. He said,

Chapter 10. Legal Restitution
Howard Skinner found a cheap hotel room in south Charlotte. He returned to buying stolen guns and trading them to crime agents. He no longer purchased them from the Skulls as they had harsh feelings against him. Several skillful slippery men robbed gun dealers and handed them over to Howie for ready cash. Howie hung out in nightclubs, truck stops, pool halls, tap room bars, and several city parks to meet clients that bought the guns from him. One lot of pistols and rifles that he had did not have the identification markings removed. This was a police trap as they raided his hotel room, confiscated the guns, arrested Howie and threw him in jail. There was cash in that room and moiré in several bank accounts about town. The police seized all of his banked finances. His trial was to come up in two to three months. So Howie stayed in jail, ate jail food, and tweeted like the jailbird that he really was. The confinement, wearing jail clothes, being around the jail staff and other detainees, lack of personal liberty, and being told all the time what to do rubbed him wrong. He fell into a light state of depression. Time passed.
