After dinner the happy couple put all of the items either in tubs or storage bags. Sam carried the dogfood and catfood down to the basement along with all of the food.Maggie found some old totes that had her old nusic albums. She placed the albums in an old magazine rack and put all of the baby shoes and socks in them. One was labeled boys and the other was labeled girls

​ Sam took a job at a construction company in Mansville. Nowdays the bed and breakfast was almost empty except for the college football games. This year Isabella rented out the rooms for five dollars a night cheaper than lhe year before. The college's football season ended short of winning to go to the Rose bowl. The bed and breakfast was able to cut down on expenses with some of the food Maggie had bought.

​ She helped her mother cleaning the upstairs while her grandmas did the cooking. In June the restaurant establishments started closing down laying off a lot o people.Meanwhile court proceedings was getting started against Waterford's city manager and treasurer for stealing the taxpayer's money which was brought to light by an audit the state had ordered.

​ In July Maggie was over with morning sickness she put in her resume in at the Mansville Daily Newspaper and their local news station named the Mansville TV 3 news station.She was hired at the news station as programing director. It wasn't long before she kept hearing from the street reportors that business of all kinds was closing up shop and laying off people
