It seemed evrytime the young man stopped somewhere on the road those men would show up but never had found her yet. She didn't think the young man was involved else she wouldn't still be alive. She decided that she was just so scared that she wasn't thinking right. She decided to watch what was going on really close and see if she could put two and two together without jumping to the wrong conclusions.. If she just a little older she could buy or rent a car under an assumed name. To buy one she would diffinitely have to get a different ID
When they stopped at the next rest stop to let the horse out of the trailer for awhile Marla and Satan hid behind the hay and straw so they wouldn't be seen by the man. He tied the horse up iby the vending machine area using the steel bars behind the machines in the grassy area Marla and Satan snucked out. The man cleaned out the trailer and gave the horse it's feed. Marla saw the man going around and scooping up the horse's feces.
She knew it would be just a matter of time before he loaded up the horse and leave. Shortly after they snucked back into the trailer she saw the black sedan pulling into the rest stop. The men got out and was walking around looking the area over. The young man got in and pulled out. The men continued to walk around checking the rest area out. It wasn't her mind playing tricks on her so if he stopped close enough to a town wnere Satan and her on her boke could get to she would ditch her ride and go her own way.
