Sarah decided that she needed to move up to Columbia where she would find a duplex and would rent one side and live in the other side and would graduate from
high school then attend college courses and become a weather forecaster like her father so left her friend and mentor Hallie and settled in and placed an ad in the
paper looking for a duplex to buy. She found one and it was liveable but could use some sprucing up. Sarah called the owner and sat up an appointment with the
owner. The owner met with her at the duplex and Sarah at both sides and decided that yes with some sprucing up both sides would be liveable but then the elderly
lady told her that she needed one or both of her parents to sign the sale contract. Sarah realized that she had goofed up and said when I told you that I was Sarah I'm
