He had already filled the tub halfway with nothing but cold water. They poured the ice into the tub and he instructed Leoti to fill a couple of cups with ice which he put over Adahy's nose and mouth. After three hours or so Adahy was able to barely make it up to their apartment. He collasped again. His boss's doctor came to see him. He said his lungs was so impaired that he needed to be taken to the hospital who did help the homeless and finacially disabled people
Before they could arrange free transportation to come the doctor informed the family that he wasn't going to make it to the hospital. They all said their goodbyes. The doctor called the coronor's office and Mr. Bear's body was taken to the morgue.
The coronor listed the cause of death as respiratory problems. Adahy's boss paid for his cremation and urn. Leoti placed it on their dresser in their room. Leoti knew he probably was trying to keep from being sued. She didn't care about suing him. She just wanted her husband's body to be taken care of.
