The minium wage issue was a group of citizens wanted the minium wage increased and it had passed but when judge Sherman had died then the state appealed the ruliing knowing it would be deadlock and the minium wage couldn't go forth. He read what both of the sitting judges had written when they made their decisionss. He again ruled on the side of judge Hall stating his reason for a dollar an hour didn't seemed to much when the state's econamy had improved enough that the dollar more an hour wouldn't hurt it.

One case he read and decided that he needed it researched more before making his decision and wanted to talk to the two sitting judges was the appeal from the citizens of that state to make it legal to grow and sell what he called wacky weed so he put that file on the bottom of the pile and preceeded to the next case.

The next case was where the state wanted to sell the foreclosed farmland that the state had acquired to a foreign government and a group of citizens was appealing that sell. he remember where that foreign government had done several things like selling rats as chicken and he didn't want that particular goverment doing anything to his state's farmland and again ruled agreeing with judge Hall..
