Arya came back and saw Adhira who was sleeping peacefully. He saw his mother sitting beside her so he asked her,” She ate?”
Lakshmi saw him and replied with a smile,” Yes.”
He nodded his head and spoke,” Ma, You go and sleep. I will take care of her.”
Arya went and locked the door after his mother left. He went and took the tablets then sat next to Adhira. He stroked her hair and realizing his touch Adhira placed her head on his chest and hugged him still sleeping.
Arya saw her behavior and smiled. He kissed on her head and said,” Adhira, Have these tablets and then sleep.”
She replied,”Hmmmm…” in sleep but didn’t wake up instead she hugged him tightly and continued to sleep.
He took the glass of water and placed it near her mouth and asked her to drink it. She drank a sip so he fed the tablets and kept it aside while she continued to sleep on his chest.
He adjusted his position and slept beside her still having her close to him and they both fell asleep.
3 months later….
Adhira didn’t quit her job also she was looking more beautiful than before. Arya’s daily routine was to drop and pick her up from office. He wanted to spend more time with her but he was forced to travel for his company affairs.
