“Why don’t you ask my dad to eat while I feed my mom?”
“I don’t think it is a good idea.”
“Actually I am afraid to go and talk to him.”
Arya breathed out and said, “Okay. Let me try.”
Adhira took the place and started feeding her mom. She saw him who felt with a blank face. Arya came out and saw that her siblings have gone back to studies while Sridhar was still sitting on the chair.
Arya took a plate and served the food then went towards him. Sridhar saw him but didn’t take the plates from his hands. Arya spoke up, “You didn’t eat yet so…”
Sridhar was expecting a sorry from Arya which Arya knew it but was not ready ask it as he thought, ‘I did the right thing. So, I am not going to ask sorry.’
Uma came up and took the plate from Arya’s hand and spoke up,” Dad, Eat it.”
Sridhar saw her and again a frustrated look but Uma stood their firm holding the plate in one hand and the other clutching her skirt to hide her fear. After sometime Suresh also joined her so it gave her some confidence so she let go of the clutch.
Seeing both of them Sridhar took the plate and started to eat it. Arya saw him eating so he said,” Uma, Serve him. I will go and check on your mom” saying it he went inside.
