“I can’t believe you said yes.”

“So I take it, you only asked me in the hopes that I would reject your offer.”

“I asked you because I have dreamed about this since the day that I met you, which I know kind of makes me seem like a lunatic, but seriously sometimes I love you so much I think I’m on the verge of going insane.”

I laugh at his joke. Though the way he said it, carries no humor to his words.

“I still can’t believe you said yes.”

“I still can’t believe you actually want to marry me. I mean seriously, you know once you go through with it, you can’t change your mind right?”

He chuckles and I continue.

“Just saying, you know you just drew the short hand of the stick there, while I have just caught the lottery.”

“What’s the lottery?” He asks seriously, I sometimes have tendency to forget that he isn’t from this time.

“Basically, it means that I just got lucky, very lucky.” I say smiling

“I think that I am the lucky one, besides did you see how many Malaya will you marry me signs there were up there. If I didn’t step up to the plate, somebody else would have.”
