“So tell me how come you came here alone? I mean you must have been asked to this dance.”
“Well I was asked a few times, but I wasn’t really interested in any of the guys that asked me, that and I’m not really the type of girl who goes to dances, so I wasn’t really going to even attend..
“Ok fair enough, but when you said that you are not really interested in any of the guys that asked you, does that mean that you are interested in one of the guys that didn’t ask you.”
“Observant one aren’t you?”
“I think I have my answer.”
“No it’s actually not like that, trust me there’s nothing happening between me and any other person or immortal in the entire world.” I will stick to the truth I didn’t say that I wasn’t interested in anyone else, just that there was nothing going on with anyone else. Which is true, there is nothing going on between Kale and I, the guy only sees me as a friend.
“Ok, as long as there is no one else.”
“There is no one.” I smile while my cheeks let me know that they are flaming red. We continue to dance talking and laughing , he smiles and dances with me for almost the remainder of the night.
