The engagement hall which can hold 500 members was beautifully decorated with Pinkish violet color and the lightening was in fluorescent white and stage was in golden lightening. The roof had light pink ribbons decorated on it while the curtains was in glittered blue color. The chandelier was hung in the center which was in the shape of golden lamps. The carpet was in red and chairs were placed below and in the raised platform (Mandap) they had spread the mantles so that every important individual can be accommodated.
Janani and Preethi was running to and fro from Bridal room to Mandap. They came in search of Aishwerya and Vasuki. They were so busy with their own chores. Preethi spoke up,” Ma, Maya is calling you.”
Aishwerya replied, “I will come.”
She informed Vasuki that she will be back and went to see Maya. Maya saw her and asked,”Ma, I am fed up with this saree. Help me with this.”
“When are you going to learn then? Still complaining about this.”
Maya thought,” Why should I learn when Varun will help me out in future” thinking it she smiled to herself.
Aishwerya then tied the saree to her and asked Preethi as well as Janani to take care of her and went to take care of the rest chores.
