It was past 6 o clock and Varun had not yet left the office. He focused on his work for some time and later he then came and stood near the window. He scanned the whole area also checked every nook and corner possible to find out if he can see Maya.
He then saw a girl who was walking near the connecting bridge between two blocks near the fountain area. So he focused on her and found that it was Maya. He then saw her and ran from his office to catch the lift but the lifts didn’t arrive so he took the steps and ran down.
He then went and looked in the bridge and found none there. He thought,” Was it an illusion?”
He then turned around to check if there was someone else other than him all he was able to see was only couples sitting in the pathway but there was one chair where a girl was sitting on the extreme and some guy on extreme right.
Varun thought,” Let me check on that girl.” He then went running near the girl and found that it was Maya who was sitting there her eyes closed and had earphones. He then smile also was breathing heavily. He then sat next to her but Maya didn’t open her eyes and she was listening keenly to the music. It then stroke him how she was fond of Bharathiyar and figured out that she must be hearing it.
