“Nothing. Come on. Let us all have dinner together. Aishwerya is the dinner ready?”
Aishwerya shouted,” Yes.”
Maya spoke up,” I am not feeling hungry. You guys eat I will have later.”
Aishwerya spoke up,” Maya, Come on. Let us all eat together.”
“Mom, Seriously?”
“Get up. Wash the plates for everyone and come.”
Adithya checked the dishes she had prepared. Aishwerya had prepared Chappatti, dhal, rice, sambhar, rasam and curd. Adithya yelled out,” Maya get the spatulas for rice, dhal and curd as well.”
Maya thought to herself,” Maya, Just relax. Everything will be fine soon.”
She brought the plates and spatulas. Everyone gathered on the dining table and started to eat. Maya didn’t even utter a word but completed her dinner within 10 minutes and got up.
Adithya saw her who had completed her dinner and getting up. He opened the alliance matter to Aishwerya also made sure whether Maya was listening. Maya went backyard washed her plate and placed it back in kitchen. She came and sat in sofa. Her dad then asked her,” What do you think about it Maya?”
Maya saw Aishwerya before Aishwerya could speak Maya blurted out in her sarcastic tone,” About what?”
“Didn’t you hear me?”
“Hear what?”
“I was speaking to Aishwerya didn’t you hear us talk?”
