She drove to the real estate company and abroaded their tour bus to the houses on their open house list to try not to be so noticeable. The tour lasted a good three hours but she was able to look around her old home. It did make her feel close to Jim again. Their favorite picture was still hanging on the wall above the fire place. It was a picture painted by Thomas Kinkade of a house in the wilderness. She wanted to grab it but knew better. He had gave it to her for her birthday. She overheard one potential buyer tell his spouse how great it looked over the fire place and she diffinately wasn't going to change it's place if it came with the house.
She also overheard his wife say but it's not home interior and one of her home interior with a woman and girl in a swing would look better or the Victorian house painting.. She stated and his paintings are worth quite a bit of money and she could put up for sale on a on line auction place The real estate agent had paperwork ready for the sale of the house and the couple had already been approved by an online loan company and really liked the house The sale of the house happened right there on the spot. They decided to go ahead and sale the picture.
