When Richard again published a really bad editorial saying that Dr. Death was a monster and stated the city would be better off without the monster. There was another note where to find his next victim. It was a man in his thirties with hie eyes and tongue missing and a note laying on his body that said he is guilty of seeing evil and telling no evil
Richard decided to try to make contact with Dr. Death. He sent a message to him through his editorial page stating that he was very interested to know his side of the story without any more people being killed. His reply was a call telling him where to find his next viticm. It was a young woman in her late twenties her hands missing with a note laying on her body that said pushed and locked away all wrong doings
Richard went back to critizing him for killing regular everyday citizens and wrote if he had an ax to grind with the city officials or the government to take it out on them or get a hold of him through the newspaper and he would make sure his story was told After nothing for two weeks and the police was begging the newspaper to do something so he didn't get away with the murders of so many people. Richard decided to do a candle light memorial service for all of the people at the city park on the next Saturday night. The memorial service went off with out any bad thing happening and when Richard released that intel in his next editorial that did get a rise out of Dr. Death
