"The oath has not been signed, and we have not yet been cut free. I will not speak of them," the Angel of Death lamented. "The angelic hierarchy watches from above, just as the demons conspire below. The hours wane…soon they will face Judgment."
Rowan, Lucia and Erin looked at my demon possessed form next to Dantalion's angelic one and cast us a pathetic look.
"We have an idea. It won't take long…trust us!" my friends promised.
Erin, Lucia, Sitri and Druitte left the Courtyard of the Undead, preparing the second heaven for The Summoning… only it wasn't demons they planned to call on.
"I'll prep the demons of the Goetia for battle," Rowan growled, "but this war wages not on the field but in the minds and hearts of man." Rowan signaled for the armies to follow him to the perimeter of the forest.
"Everyone's doing their part to help. What's left for us?" I slunk closer next to Dantalion beside the altar.
"No matter what powers are used against the mortal realm, they must not turn from God. It is time for us to use our powers over angels."
