Rowan and Dantalion eyed one another, hesitantly following the harbinger of death to carry out their plan and Satan's undoing.
"Now would be a good time for that aura of divine magick… what other powers have you mastered?" Dantalion questioned Rowan.
"I combed through the entire grimoire of yours… I told you, I know about the sacred magic of Abramelin the Mage. I've also been mastering alchemy. I know about your experimentation with base metals combined with the elixir of immortal blood….mine! Your damn 'Incubus' demon blood mixed with mine gave me immortality… except for some reason, I only stay half-demon."
"Did you ever think that the elixir I created to free my brother demons of the Goetia contained something unique?"
"What the hell? Unique like how?" Rowan winced.
"The one thing the sacred magic of Abramelin the Mage forgot to mention… just as Laurel now possesses unharnessed hybrid demon blood, I too, have the same unique power, though my powers over angels and demons is one that can be carefully controlled."
"Hybrid angels and demons….sounds like you created something dangerous," Rowan laughed sarcastically.
"Remember, I am the master alchemist here.. the one with the curse… the curse that has been taking me down slowly."
"This is about your own salvation? Doesn't sound much like a trait of a Guardian Angel Dantalion."
"I could only be called upon by a mortal… with Laurel's possession I could no longer protect her…and with your half-demon blood, I couldn't do much to save you either. But think what power I could wield over heaven and hell and every realm in between," Dantalion pronounced.
"Oh my God! So you're in this for world dominion too…just like them? You've been tainted by your brothers greed?"
"I did everything expected of me… unsealing the demons of the Goetia, saving Laurel and cutting Lilith free. Even, as we speak, attempting to free the 'Succubus' who tormented me in my exile and releasing the Angel of Death from Belial's realm… How is that considered tainted?" Dantalion scowled.
The demons of the Goetia, along with Gwynnedd and Samael, all surrounded Dantalion as Belial and Andromalius conspired in secret.
"As with our brother demons of the Goetia, our powers are unique, yet this half-demon Rowan…. do you not taste immortal blood?" Andromalius questioned Belial.
"Aye… he may be the wager that forces Dantalion to sign the oath after all," Belial sneered. "Or possibly, the girl…with the coveted Guardian Angel's hunger for world dominion, he too, will be taken down to ash with the others."
