Meghna blushed but still was angry. She informed Siddarth that she will head back home and took her car and went home. She fell asleep thinking that she might see Sagar tomorrow.
Next day as it was weekend she woke up late and found her parents sitting quietly with a gloomy face. Meghna was confused seeing their expression so she thought to speak with them. Meanwhile she got a call from Janaki. Meghna thought that she must have called her to inform that Sagar has returned. She picked it up and spoke,” Hello Mom. How are you?”
“Meghna dear, I am good. How is you?” Meghna was able to sense worrisome in her voice.
“Mom, all are good here. What happened mom? Why do you sound different? Is there a problem? Are you ill or hurt somewhere?”
“Meghna, No dear. All are fine. Is your parents there?”
Janaki understood that Meghna must have not known the information yet so she decided to speak to her parents. Meghna replied,” Yes. One minute. I will pass the phone to them” and she informed Rukmani that Janaki has called up and handed the mobile to her.
Rukmani saw Sankar and he signaled her to speak. She took the phone and spoke,” Hello Janaki, Rukmani here.”
Janaki just replied,” If you are free can I come over, please.”
