He didn't say anything until he pulled into the drive way. "I did have a wonderful day. I am sorry that you hurt your foot but glad you had a great day. Also sorry that I said all that I had said too soon. I should have waited. I know I scared you when I bought you into the house making you think something bad was going to happen. Please forgive me. Yes we can be friends and take it day by day. Don't forget to stay off that foot of yours and if it keeps bleeding please go to the doctor."
Sandra was feeling so bad. This wasn't going as she planned. At the moment she felt as if he was going to drive away never seeing him again. "It's all good, I do forgive you."
She grabbed her bag, " Thank you again for today." she said then opened her door forgetting for a moment about her foot letting out a little yelp.
