Ramana nodded and said:” Yes, you are right. I too don’t like this environment. But I’ve another idea. Life is to live but not to die. There are a number of ways to live. Let’s go to Pattanam by bus. There are a number of Omni buses plying. So let’s make a move from this hell.”

His words soothed her wounded heart and she nodded.

They walked towards Omni Bus station where many brokers were very busy in canvassing the passengers for their buses.

One of the brokers sighted them and approached:” Are you going to Pattanam? Very comfortable double seat. Non-stop service. By six in the morning, you will be in Pattanam. What do you say?”

Ramana turned his eyes towards Banu who nodded to mean “okay”

The broker led them to a premier bus with all facilities.

Banu was very much chuffed to travel by that premier bus and said okay to her lover who paid the fare and got into the bus with his lover.

As soon as the bus got loaded with passengers, the bus started by twelve.

Ramana and Banu sighed and they shed tears as they were not going to return to their native place anymore.

The “Bullet Train” bound for Trivandrum, was at her full speed towards South and the window-seaters couldn’t identify the stations due to dust it raised during crossing and the speed of the train was nearly two hundred KMPH by which some passengers were overwhelmed with affright since it was a new experience to travel by such a speedy train but our protagonist, Baskar, like a speed merchant, enthused and was watching by his esurient eyes of an avid curiosity the speed of the train through bullet-proof windowpanes where he saw the fields, trees ,plants and huts accelerating during the movement of the train. It was fully A.C compartment and it was quite comfortable for the passengers since the climate outside was very hot.
