“I thought it incredible and came to the Marriage Hall and I was informed of the mischief and treachery played by Ramana who eloped with somebody. As per his prediction, the marriage with that culprit was stopped. I was mere a spectator waiting in the last row. Actually I wanted to test whether his words were true or false. But what all he predicted came to be true. Of course I am chuffed and feel proud to have my Shyamala as my mascot and my life partner. I hereby assert and assure, why not, I promise and swear that I will take care of her like my eyes.”
Till he finished his speech, the whole Marriage Hall was spell bound. On asserting and swearing what he was in his mind, the entire building echoed with applause.”
The parents of Shyamala were overwhelmed and could not utter any words as they were swimming in the ocean of euphoria.
Shyamala’s parents considered this incident as a “Blessing in disguise”. They‘re aware of Sivasankar and his family but they didn’t expect that by Baskar, they would make martial alliance with Sivasankar.
Hadn’t Ramana married Shyamala, her social status would have been lesser than Baskar as he hailed from noble and rich family.
