It was 45 minutes later but we finally made it back.
I was getting out of the car with
Dereks mom when I saw him come running from the house.
Gosh he can be so over possessive.
He runs over to me and pulls me to him, wrapping his arms around me. Tightly. Too tightly.
"Derek, I can't breathe."
He doesn't let go but slightly releases his hold.
"Don't ever do that again." He says as his lips land on mine roughly.
I push him away.
"Derek, your mom is right there." I said.
He let's out a sigh.
"Shall we go inside, lovebirds?" His mom asks.
we nod and head inside.
Once inside I smile at all the beautiful Christmas decorations, but my smile fades once I see who is in the kitchen.
"Esmae this is-"
"Jake." I say cutting Derek off.
"Hello beautiful, miss me?"
