When Mac timed in at the station the next morning Kim was hard at work. She had listed on the blackboard the victim's names stating with the cold cases to make anyone that would walk in to think she was working on the cold cases 1.) Allison Block death by suffication suspect Melissa Shores weapon pillow. 2.) Annie crews hanged by rope sucide was helped by room mate Joanne Atchison 3,) Jasmine Spencer electrocution by a lamp thrown into her tub suspect Roger Cummings 4.) William Bones head wounds by a claw hammer suspect Anthony Dunnes 5.) Holly Corbin gunshot victim suspect Gladys Miller bullet blastic test being performed 6.) James Pride known as Jimmy stabbed suspect Clyde Hudson. A french knife was the murder weapon 7.) Andrew Jennings mutilation by chainsaw suspect Larry Combs

All but two weapons could have been bought at almost any store in town. the gun could have been gotten at a pawn shop, sporting goods store, or a gun store The chain saw could have been bought at a lawn and garden shop, pawn shop or even a garage sale. The only thing that connected all seven crimes was the handcuffs. Kim could not find one piece of evidence that any police officer had even thought about trying to find who had purchased the handcuffs Nothing on either the sheriff's list or Mac's showed where no one had obtained several pairs of handcuffs. the person might have gotten them at a second hand store like a liquidation warehouse. Their best bet at the moment was riding on one piece of evidence the blastic test..Mac didn't like the odds but if he had one lead he might be able to gather up more evidence like all the weapons in one place then get dna and traces of blood from them.
