It's a bitter cold morning. Dad passed away yesterday and mom was heartbroken. Well, Dad was the coolest dad on the entire planet. Now, the entire house seems lonely without him. He was the core fun part of our home but now he is gone. Even during his last words, he smiled the way he used to and told me to take care of mom. Remembering his smile that was filled with sadness fills my eyes with tears. Dad passed away at the age of 72 due to lung cancer. It was a tragic day. We are still grieving the loss of dad.
Tomorrow we are moving to Texas, the place where mom would love to go the most than any other places. It is the place where dad first met mom while they were still very young. Dad told me that it was the place where he first saw the most beautiful women walk into his neighbourhood. Of course, it was mother. Sometimes, he told me how he fell in love with mom and how he struggled to get her. Love during their age was difficult and one has to be very rich and decent to marry a beautiful girl. However, dad never gave up on mom even though he wasn't rich. But I never knew what had really happened between them. I just know that they were a happy couple and that they loved each other with full heart.
