The next day the hotel was visited by the Secret Service detail running background checks on the hotel staff and guest. Henry showed them what intell he had on the staff and guest. After realizing there wasn't enough police to provide proper security for both the ex president and ex vice president they recommend that both the ex president and ex vice president cancel participating in the parade and their speeches at the convention centers.
They drove back to the airport and left town. Henry told Will now we can check them off of our list of possible victims the news that evening reported that both ex President Donavan and ex Vice President Copeland had to cancel their appearances due to other commitments.
